Raw food – Sodium from raw vegetables (cut out salt)

This video is about how I am going to cut out salt from my diet. It has been 4 weeks since Ive started the raw food diet. Ive lost 4 kilos8 pounds so far and have so much more energy :) … Cut out meat of my diet was NOT a problem. The salt cravings were a pain but I now replace salt to celery, tomatoes. I also add lemon and banana to my salad. It is delicious!!!

There is a lot of untrue information about raw milk from cows. But what do you really know about milk in general? Processed milk (pasteurized, homogenized and/or fortified) offers very little nutrition and causes health complications. Raw milk (unprocessed) is the opposite of this and can be used as medicine.
