I want to take a moment to share part of my weekend. It was Jacobs 7th birthday celebration. His b-day is today 11-01 HAPPY BIRTHDAY JACOB! One of Jacobs birthday wishes was to have a Shockwave (one of the Decepticons from the Transformers cartoon and movie) cake. We always bake our own cakes to be sure the ingredients are organic. So this was a fun task (Shockwave is one of my favorites too). I will share my personalized cake making experience in a future post but here are some images to give you an idea. Continue reading »

Here at Organically Thought we cover several different topics. These topics share the common bond of health. Much of the time we attribute health with nutrition. We spend time exploring the anti-pharmaceutical approaches to preventative and corrective medicine. Our posts involve some type of food or food component. Many holistic medicine systems employ the use of these foods. It can be determined that there is a strong connection between health and nutrition. The internet along with the blog-o-sphere is a powerful tool for sharing and obtaining information.

We are hosting this blog carnival to help create new information sharing paths. A blog carnival is a post on the hosting blog with the option for visiting bloggers to leave a link to one of their blog’s posts. It is usually focused on one specific topic. All bloggers that submit their link choose one that pertains to that subject. Then the visiting blogger shares a link to this post with their readers.
